Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Providing economic security for your family if you die, become disabled, or experience an injury or illness is a major consideration in personal financial planning. When you choose any of the medical plan options, you’re provided with employee Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance coverage at no cost to you. You automatically receive Life and AD&D coverage in the amount of $10,000. Don’t forget to update your beneficiary designation online if you experience a life change.

Voluntary Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

You have the opportunity to purchase Voluntary Life ($20,000) and AD&D (equal to 100% of Voluntary Life amount) coverage for yourself and your dependents ($5,000) at group rates. You will be responsible for 100% of the premium.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability

You have the opportunity to purchase Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage. The STD plan provides 60% of your pre-disability earnings, to a maximum of $650 per month for up to 6 months of disability. Benefits begin on the seventh day you miss work because of an accident or illness.
